To guide the users experience

In the course Product Service System, my group wanted to take on a challenging project with a high potential for being meaningful, touching on the topic of pregnancy loss. Our solution is intended to help and raise awareness about this issue, which affects 25% of all women, without frightening or scaring them.

Key findings

Many workers per visitor

The Use Case mapping found that both the online ticket and physical ticket lacks information and leans on the help from many different employers in the lobby.

Needs in the lobby

Physical mapping of information in the lobby to make is clear that more information does not equal good information. The user is easily confused in the lobby.

Two different usergroups

Too include all the users, I researched the tourists and the locals have different needs and habits.

Heatmap and research

Doing a heatmap of the website found that almost none of the users research in advance, making them miss important dates, info and tips like “A day at MUNCH with kids” which was highly requested.

The product

The solution for us was to make a tangiable token called “the sun”, which undercomes a change if something would happen in you pregnancy. A way to keep the sun. Additnaly awareness was important and giving the couples a way to “own” their story and tell people around the. This include letters, a website, pins and a ceremony. To understand this better, the poster is a better way to explain.
